Frontseat Group (Pty) Ltd company based in Northriding, is currently seeking suitably qualified candidates to apply for the post of:

Mobile Money Regional Team Leader

(Contract-Based)

Position available in the following areas:

• KZN Region _eThekwini Area

Recruitment and Selection of Field Agents

• Recruit, Train, and Onboard FootSoldiers Supervisors and ensure continuous training to Foot Soldiers
• Ensure onboarding of eligible TEDIs as MoMo agents
• Ensure that FootSoldiers and TEDIs are continuously rebalancing floats via banking points and retail rebalancing points (e.g. Boxer, Pick and Pay)
• Maintain 100% of region’s budgeted headcount of Supervisors and Footsoldiers

Management of MoMo Supervisors and FootSoldiers

• Oversee planning and execution of day-to-day activities
  • Hub Operation
  • Door to Door
  • Promotions
  • Liaison with Taxi Associations
  • Evaluate the Supervisor's performance as per the performance agreement signed
• Actively tracking and driving sales performance to ensure monthly target is met
• Performance manage low/non performing Supervisors
• Assist Foot Soldiers and TEDIs with customer registrations, selling of MoMo products and services and banking.
• Work closely with MTN back-office functions to assist customers and field agents on queries on product.
• Induct new field agents.

General Administration

• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to FS regional admin and FS H/O management
• Reconciliation and Verification of Sales by Product in the region
• Reconciliation and Verification of Bank Float Rebalancing
• Verification and confirmation to HR for monthly pay runs
• Verification of Commissions

Job Requirements: 

• Matric Grade 12;
• Product Knowledge advantageous;
• Financial and Strong Informal Trade Sales background;
• Mandatory to have valid driver’s license, own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel,
• Verbal communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, People Skills;
• Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking
• Literacy in Microsoft office (Outlook and Excel Proficiency);
• Be able to self-manage - Ability to work well independently as well in teams within rapidly changing deadline and target-based driven environment;
• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays and after-hours;
• Ability to work under pressure and to take accountability in Target driven environment;
• Be Trustworthy and reliable.

Remuneration Structure

• Basic – R4700
• Petrol – R1300
• Variable commission based on contracted KPIs up to R9000
  • Up to 25% - 44 Commissionable New Customer Registrations/ Agent within your Teams
  • Up to 25% - FootSoldiers Float Rebalancing - ensuring that each FootSoldiers rebalance min of R1000 per month
  • Up to 25% - Min Cashin value of R3000 + R1500 MTN Airtime Sales per FootSoldiers per month
