Junior Associate

We are seeking 200 dynamic Field Operations Specialists to join our team in executing a large-scale branding project. This project involves designing, printing, and applying branding materials to a fleet of over 4,000 vehicles. This role requires precision, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to understand and execute the branding requirements for each vehicle.
• Handle and prepare branding materials, ensuring all graphics and decals meet the specified quality standards.
• Apply branding materials to vehicles with precision and care, ensuring a consistent and high-quality appearance.
• Travel to various locations where our fleet vehicles are stationed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Document processes and provide feedback to the project management team on the progress of the branding application.
• Address and resolve any issues related to the branding materials or application process in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further training in graphic design or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in vehicle branding, graphic application, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good physical condition, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel and work in various outdoor locations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
